Who you are buying from

Chopperos is run by Fred Tavarez in California's Central Valley. These terms apply to every order placed on chopperos.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions go to chopperosco@gmail.com.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment goes through at checkout and you get a receipt by email. If we cannot fill an order, for example because something sold out or was listed by mistake, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are in US dollars. The total you see at checkout, including shipping, is what you pay. We work hard to get every price, photo and description right, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with the wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships, even after you have paid. Colors on screen can look a little different from the real thing.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is charged when you complete checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, pickup and returns

Shipping costs, delivery times, where we ship, and how returns and exchanges work are all on our shipping and returns page, which is part of these terms.

If you choose Local Pickup, we will contact you at the phone number you gave at checkout to set a time and place in the Fresno or Sanger area. If we cannot reach you or cannot find a time that works, email us and we will work it out or refund the order.

Problems and chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, email us first. Most problems get fixed faster that way than through a bank dispute. If you do open a chargeback, we will send Stripe and your bank the order, payment and delivery records so they can look at it.

Our designs

Every Chopperos design is Fred's own hand drawn artwork. Buying a product does not give you the right to copy, reprint or resell the designs.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

California law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about an order will be handled in the courts of California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
